KA Super Plug
KA Super Plug is a highly concentrated, fast‑acting remedial compound designed to instantly stop running water in concrete, blockwork and masonry. Formulated with moisture‑activated crystalline technology, it expands on contact with water to create a permanent, watertight seal within cracks, holes and open joints. Once applied, the active chemicals react with free lime in the substrate to form a continuous barrier of insoluble crystals that penetrate deep into the capillary structure, blocking water ingress while still allowing the structure to breathe.
Suitable for both water retention and water exclusion applications, KA Super Plug is used worldwide in demanding environments including reservoirs, water tanks, treatment works, basements, foundations, retaining walls, tunnels, lift shafts, bridge decks, sea defence structures, jetties and swimming pools. Its crystalline action accelerates when applied to surfaces in direct contact with water, ensuring rapid sealing even under active leakage conditions. After curing, the waterproofing becomes an integral part of the substrate and will not peel, delaminate or wear away.

Non‑toxic and non‑flammable, KA Super Plug is safe for use in potable water structures and compatible with other building materials. It should be stored dry, protected from moisture, and used above 5°C. Once hardened and dry, surfaces may be decorated with water‑based non‑vinyl emulsions. Available in 5kg and 15kg buckets, KA Super Plug provides a reliable, permanent solution for emergency leak‑stopping and long‑term structural waterproofing.
